Since 1991 Wayne Funderburke has represented some of the leading foundation companies in the triangle area as the Senior Sales & Marketing director. Specializing in foundation set up for homes and commercial structures, Wayne has developed and applied his own techniques for analyzing and conjoining the earth with permanent structure foundations.
Albert Pekarski has an extensive background with multiple types of construction activities. From framing to project completion, Albert leads by example and has personally engaged in every activity that he directs others to perform. Since the early 90's Albert has set up and placed over a 100K yards of concrete in the triangle area.
The Crew
The heart of ECF1, LLC, our crew. We have anywhere from 18 to 22 employees at any given time. The concrete business is hard work and it takes a special type of individual to engage and manage the installation. Approximately 50% of our current team has worked in the concrete foundation business since the early 90's and almost as many have worked with Wayne, Albert, & Danny in some capacity all along the way.

Danny Funderburke has been raised under the DIY philosophy. His construction career ranges from high school to present day encompassing close to 28 years of experience. Danny utilizes a full circle approach to foundation construction stemming from a history of hands on activities, general contracting (Builder), specialized military construction, & multiple business ownership / management.
